Ganeshotsav brings lakhs of devotees into temporary structures with heavy electrical loads, dense crowds and long festival hours. Safety is not an afterthought — it is the organising principle of a well-run Mandal.

This initiative recognises Mandals that demonstrate genuine commitment to fire safety, electrical safety, public life safety, medical preparedness, general safety measures, public awareness and statutory compliance.

Every score is traceable: each checkpoint carries the auditor identity, timestamp, observations and, where required, photographic evidence. Approved audits are frozen and any later change requires a controlled re-audit.
