Nine controlled stages, one auditable score
No score can be silently changed. Every submission, review and approval is recorded against a user and a timestamp.

Mandal registration
Mandal, office bearer and pandal details plus a signed declaration.

Pre-audit screening
Completeness and duplicate checks before an audit is scheduled.
- 03
Auditor assignment
Lead and supporting auditors assigned per jurisdiction and ward.

On-site audit
Audit opened on site with date, time and auditor identity captured.

Scoring
Compliant = 1, Not compliant = 0, Not applicable excluded from the denominator.

Audit review
Submitted audits are read-only; reviewers approve, return or request re-audit.

Final validation
Admin validates approved scores; the score becomes the official score.

Ranking
Separate rankings for Pune City and PCMC, plus ward and domain-wise views.
- 09
Award publication
Winners published with a preserved official score snapshot.
Score bands (indicative)
90–100% Excellent · 80–89.99% Very Good · 70–79.99% Good · 60–69.99% Improvement Required · below 60% Priority Improvement. Bands are for display and are not award eligibility unless approved by the event committee.
